Orders & Production
How long does it take to receive my order?
All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 3–5 business days for standard shipping within the US. Total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can only accommodate cancellations or changes within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Check out our Size Guide for detailed measurements across all product types. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Do your products run true to size?
Yes, our products generally run true to size. Refer to the Size Guide for exact measurements before ordering.
Shipping & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Visit our Track My Order page to check your delivery status.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Standard flat-rate shipping starts at $4.75.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Are your products high quality?
Yes — we partner with a premium print-on-demand fulfillment provider to ensure consistent quality across all products, from tees and tanks to shorts, hats, and swimwear.
Will my design fade after washing?
Our prints are designed to be durable. We recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low to preserve the print and fabric quality.
